How do I pay?
You may pay via all major credit cards, Paypal, or bank transfer. When you checkout you will be given our various payment methods.

What name will show up on my credit card statement?
Your card will be billed by SafeShopping123. The name on your statement is very discreet and does not mention the product or anything untoward. You will receive an email with this information once your card has been billed. (The billing descriptor won't mention the name of the product ordered)

Do you have a money back guarantee?
If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the results of any of our products you may return them within 60 days of purchase, and we will cheerfully issue a full refund (less any shipping and handling fees). Please contact us for return instructions.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our international centers in Europe, USA and New Zealand. Because our products are health supplements, containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship these anywhere. We are very experienced and shipping and do all we can to get you your order as soon as possible. Where are the pills made? All our products are made in New Zealand, using latest technology in state of the art manufacturing facilities, compliant with GMP standards.

How long will it take to get my order?

When you checkout, you can select the type of shipping method you prefer. Airmail and Registered mail take 5 - 14 days, while courier takes 3 - 7 days. EU customers will receive their order in 3 to 6 days. Usually your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes they are! All orders are sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication whatsoever of its contents. All products are labeled as health supplements.

Do I need a prescription?
No. Since all of our products are herbal food supplements, you do not require any prescription or doctors visits, however if you are taking any medication, or have any health concerns you must check with your doctor first before use.

You must notify us (by e-mail) strictly within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any product damage inside the packaging. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Ultrahealth Europe will refund your transaction in full.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.
